Description
Description
12.6kW Solar Power with 14.34kWh of Battery Storage
Build a flexible home-energy system around a 10kW Growatt hybrid inverter, a 12.6kW solar array and 14.34kWh of nominal LiFePO4 battery storage.
This package combines one Growatt SPH10000TL-HU-US inverter, twenty-one Philadelphia Solar 600W panels and one GSL 14.34kWh wall-mounted battery. It can be professionally configured for grid-connected solar, essential-load or whole-home backup, time-of-use energy management, generator-assisted operation and properly engineered off-grid applications.

What Is Included
- One Growatt SPH10000TL-HU-US 10kW hybrid inverter
- Twenty-one Philadelphia Solar 600W panels
- One GSL 14.34kWh wall-mounted LiFePO4 battery
- Three 100-ft 10 AWG PV cable sets, as specified for the base package
- Battery communication cable
- Monitoring components supplied with the inverter
- A site-specific electrical balance-of-system package for the approved design, including battery interconnects, covered busbars, individual battery branch overcurrent protection and disconnects, compatible module-level rapid-shutdown equipment, and specified PV home-run wiring (Included in Option 2 only)
The advertised base package includes one 14.34kWh battery. A second compatible 14.34kWh battery may be quoted to increase nominal storage to 28.68kWh; it is not included at the base price unless it appears in the selected configuration or written quotation.
Hybrid Energy Management
The Growatt inverter can manage energy from the solar array, battery bank, utility grid and a compatible generator. During daylight hours, solar energy can power household loads while charging the battery. Stored energy can then be used after sunset, during higher-rate periods or when utility service is interrupted.
The inverter supports up to 10kW of continuous battery charge or discharge power and 40–60V battery systems with CAN or RS485 communication. Final battery compatibility, communication settings and current limits must be confirmed for the supplied battery model.
Actual backup coverage depends on battery state of charge, reserve settings and household demand. Electric heating, EV chargers, water heaters, air conditioners, pumps, ranges and other large appliances require a professional load assessment.
12.6kW Solar Array
The conceptual array layout uses three strings of seven 600W panels, providing approximately 4.2kW per string and 12.6kW of total rated solar capacity.
Final string sizing must be verified against the exact panel model, inverter limits and the official minimum design temperature for the installation location. Roof layout, shading, orientation, snow coverage and local weather conditions affect actual energy production.
Electrical Balance of System
A complete installation requires a site-specific electrical balance of system. Depending on the approved design, this may include battery interconnects, covered busbars or a listed battery combiner, individual battery branch overcurrent protection and disconnects, compatible module-level rapid-shutdown equipment, PV connectors and home-run wiring, AC and DC disconnects, grounding and bonding hardware, enclosures and required labels.
These components are included only when listed in the written quotation. Final equipment quantities, conductor sizes and lengths, breaker or fuse ratings, connector types, enclosures and rapid-shutdown layout must be confirmed during engineering.
Suitable Applications
- Residential solar self-consumption
- Essential-load or whole-home backup
- Time-of-use electricity management
- Generator-assisted backup
- Homes, farms, acreages and workshops
- Properly engineered off-grid systems
Utility interconnection and net-metering limits vary by province, territory and electricity provider. Purchasing this system does not guarantee approval to export its full output to the grid.
Freight, Installation and Final Engineering
This is a large, palletized system. Freight arrangements, delivery access, unloading requirements and destination-dependent charges are confirmed before shipment. Installation, permits, utility applications, engineering stamps, racking, trenching and site-specific electrical work are not included unless they appear in the written quotation.
Final design and installation must be completed or approved by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable Canadian electrical requirements, utility rules and the local authority having jurisdiction. Product and installed-system images are illustrative; the written quotation and approved design define the equipment supplied.
