Warranty Remedy

In the event of a product not operating in accordance with its published technical specifications, ROCKSOLAR's total liability and your exclusive remedy involve ROCKSOLAR replacing the product at its discretion. This warranty obligation requires the product to be returned to the original place of purchase or another location as directed by ROCKSOLAR, along with the original sales receipt. Shipping, handling, tariffs, duties, taxes, and other applicable fees may be required.

Limited to Original Consumer Buyer

The warranty on ROCKSOLAR’s product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and to any subsequent owner.

Limitation of Liability

ROCKSOLAR is not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or commercial loss, arising from any breach of express or implied warranty on the product, even if ROCKSOLAR has been advised of such damages. Local laws may vary, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply in all jurisdictions.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover failures resulting from incorrect handling, product modifications, installation, operation, natural elements, excessive or deficient energy supply, chemicals, solid bodies, or deliberate damage. If the product's problem is determined not to be due to a manufacturing defect or does not qualify for warranty repair, the purchaser is responsible for all costs incurred by ROCKSOLAR for repair, replacement, and transportation. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless it is fully charged within seven days of purchase and at least every three months thereafter.
