Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on ROCKSOLAR’s product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and to any subsequent owner.
Limitation of Liability
ROCKSOLAR is not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or commercial loss, arising from any breach of express or implied warranty on the product, even if ROCKSOLAR has been advised of such damages. Our warranty does not cover failures resulting from incorrect handling, product modifications, installation, operation, natural elements, excessive or deficient energy supply, chemicals, solid bodies, or deliberate damage.
