Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (customers need to pay for the return shipping fee). This only applies to products purchased directly from ROCKSOLAR. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or items purchased using gift cards. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.



Refunds

If your refund is approved after contacting services@rocksolars.com, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


How to Return/Replace an Item?


Products must be unassembled and still in the original packaging. All returned products must include original packaging.


To start a return, you can contact us at services@rocksolars.com and provide the following information:


  • Product description
  • Number of items to be returned
  • Date you received your product
  • Condition of product
  • Condition of packaging
  • Reason for return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA Form to complete. Print and attach the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form from us and ship the package, making sure to include:


  • The product and any accessories
  • Any manuals and/or warranty cards
  • The product's original packaging

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA form will not be accepted. 


Once we have received the products, you should see a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. If you need to replace the product, ROCKSOLAR will proceed with replacement in 14 business days after confirming that the defective item is received at our warehouse. The final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items. 


Note: Return shipping costs and restocking costs will be paid by the seller for all cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For other cases (e.g. you changed your mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs and restocking costs.
