Collection: Off-Grid Solar Systems for Homes & Cottages

Complete off-grid solar systems for Canadian homes, cottages, cabins, farms and rural properties. Each kit pairs Growatt off-grid inverters with solar panels and your choice of LiFePO4 battery storage, including GSL 14.34 kWh batteries that stack as your needs grow. Kits ship from our Waterloo, Ontario warehouse. Looking for RV, van or small 12V and 24V kits? See all off-grid solar systems.

Which kit fits your property?

"From" prices are for the lowest-priced battery option of each kit; choose your battery on the product page.

What's included

• Included: Growatt off-grid inverter(s), solar panels and the battery storage you select. See each product page for the full parts list.
• Not included: installation, racking (unless listed), and site-specific wiring, breakers and protection. A licensed electrician should install and connect your system.
• Winter: batteries should not charge below 0°C. Install them in a heated space, or ask us about self-heating GSL batteries for unheated cottages and sheds.

Off-grid or connected to the grid?

These kits run with no utility connection, which suits cottages and rural homes where the grid is far away or unreliable. If your home is already on the grid and you want backup power and lower bills, a Growatt hybrid solar kit is usually the better fit.
