I ordered a system that was supposedly in stock, a week after I was told it was shipped it was not , turns out it wasn’t in stock , iam missing wires to connect pv to charge controller and no fuse breaker , called back a few times told me to strip wires back and plug in

Bought the 2000w system to add service to my off grid cabin. Rock Solar made it sound so easy but there is no manuals to connect all the components together. I have had almost every error code on the inverter within the first 2 weeks of using the system. I had 2 electricians out to tell me everything looks good but that the system is not a true 2000w as there is only 4 - 150w panels. Last week the inverter popped inside and began smoking. By the time I got the panel disconnected the entire room was full of smoke. Very scary especially since I'm not there all the time. The inverter is now toast and completely unusable. Rock Solar did not follow thru with their warranty policy and I am now out thousands of dollars.

I’m very pleased with the product and the service provided. I set the system up in a sun room and all works well. In the summer, I’ll set the system up in a tent trailer and run an induction stove. I trust Rocksolar to provide comments and answer to any questions I may have setting up the system in my trailer. Delivery and packaging of the 2000W system was Rocksolid.
