    Order never shipped and no refund

    Order never shipped even though I paid for express shipping. After a week of seeing "Package not received by UPS" in UPS tracking, I called to cancel. They agreed to cancel the order and refund. Now UPS shows "Shipment cancelled" but after several weeks I still have not received a refund. 0/10, would not do business with Rocksolar again.

    Great product.. Not so great chat support

    I purchased my foldable 30 watt 12 V solar panel last summer. I also purchased the Adventurer portable power supply and the Weekender. I was impressed with the products. They charged both batteries really fast.

    Somehow, over the winter while my camping gear was in storage the power cables to connect it to my batteries disappeared. I thought ok, I would just buy replacements.

    After looking around through the site, I tried the chat. I encountered a kinda rude and indifferent individual on the other end of the chat. Apparently, they don't sell replacements. Kinda soured me on the product. Next time Amazon is asking me for reviews of the product, I will reconsider my glowing endorsements.

    Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that we do not have the replacement cable in stock for the foldable solar panels as we rarely get a request of the cable replacement. We will order some replacement cables. We will also train our staffs who are using chat to communicate with our customers to a higher level of customer service.
