Works great. Would just like a digital voltage gauge to see what the unit is putting out.

Bought this in mid June of last year. Camping was GREAT with it. But wait there's more! Due to a very large nearby construction site back home; grid power has been very unstable. This lil power pack (277Wh) Keeps my wife's phone and laptop charged and secured from spikes and brownouts as she works from home. It has been Awesome. AND THEN, just recently, a more prolonged power outage saw the battery pack drain and refuse to recharge. Contacted customer care and within 3 emails back and forth, I've got a replacement unit on the way FOR FREE! Zero headaches, zero BS - is unit faulty? Yes, here is my proof... OK, Confirmed! That should not have happened. Here, we'll fix it for free - new one is on its way. For the cost, ease of use, Excellent Support Y'all are AWESOME! SO WORTH IT

The day I got my unit in, it was put to work immediately due to a power outage. It provided light, power to my laptop to keep working, and i charged my phone, headlamps, other power banks, camera and use it to run my small shop light. It's coming with me on all my future camping and overlanding trips as well. It had a 3/4 charge from factory.

I could not edit my previous post. I also wanted to mention that most of those really good reviews were posted from the end of January to the middle of February 2023. The reviewers talk about camping and back packing and sleeping in a car using a fan for cooling. In Canada ? In January and February ?
