Put solar energy to work for your business with the 55kW Growatt Commercial Hybrid Solar Kit. This equipment package combines 156 Canadian Solar 620W bifacial panels, a Growatt WIT 55K-HU-US L2 inverter and two RCS-R50K battery racks for 96.72kW of rated solar capacity and 102.4kWh of nominal storage.

Three-Phase Power for Commercial Properties

The inverter provides 208/220V three-phase power for compatible commercial and industrial installations. Use solar during the day, store energy for later and plan backup power for priority equipment. The system can support peak-demand management when configured for your facility's usage and electricity tariff; savings depend on the project.

More Solar Energy to Use and Store

The 96.72kW panel array is larger than the inverter's 55kW AC rating to help capture more energy outside peak sunlight hours and provide energy for battery charging when conditions allow. The array rating is not a promise of 96.72kW AC output: production varies with weather, shading and system limits.

Canadian Solar Panels for Demanding Outdoor Conditions

The Canadian Solar TOPBiHiKu6 620W panels use N-type TOPCon cells and double-glass bifacial construction. They can generate additional energy from reflected light reaching the rear, depending on mounting and surroundings. Their specified -40°C to +85°C operating range and snow/wind load ratings up to 5,400/4,000 Pa support use in demanding Canadian conditions, subject to the manufacturer's mounting requirements and a site-specific structural assessment. Snow coverage still reduces production.

Battery Storage and Backup Flexibility

Two 51.2kWh RCS-R50K LiFePO4 racks provide 102.4kWh of nominal storage. The Growatt HU inverter supports automatic transfer to properly connected backup loads, helping keep priority equipment running during an outage. Generator integration can be designed separately for extended low-sun periods. Actual backup power and runtime depend on available battery energy, operating conditions and connected loads. A generator is not included.

The battery racks require dry indoor installation and a suitable temperature-controlled environment; their specified charging range is 0°C to 55°C. The inverter's IP66 enclosure does not make the battery racks outdoor-rated.

Project Design and Optional Equipment

This is an equipment package, not a turnkey installed system. Mounting, engineered high-voltage battery distribution, interconnects, PV wiring, protection, disconnects, metering, permits and installation must be specified and quoted for your site. Tigo rapid-shutdown devices are optional purchase items and not included in the listed price; required rapid-shutdown equipment and compatibility must be confirmed for the installation.
