Never received the product.

I'm extremely disappointed with this company. They sold me a product that they don't have in stock, then emailed me saying it shipped. I followed up several times inquiring when it would arrive which was followed by broken promises. I ended up canceling the order as this was frustrating and a waste of time dealing them. They continue to misrepresent the product online as being in stock when the product is not and won't be for weeks.

I can't review it because I never received the product! I even paid extra for express shipping and it still has not showed up. And I've asked for a full refund which I have not received yet either after emailing the company a week and a half ago. Very disappointed!
