  • Short-Circuit Protection

    Short-circuit protection for inverter power switches is fully integrated. A desaturation detection circuit is embedded in both the high- and low-side output stages, and an external high-voltage diode monitors the IGBT collector-to-emitter voltage.

  • Overload Protection

    The inverter automatically switches off if it overloads. The highly advanced protection circuit shuts down the whole functionality at the overload time. Switching off, the inverter helps prevent possible damage to both the inverter and the devices.

  • Overvoltage Protection

    When the battery voltage exceeds the "over-voltage point," the device will cut off the inverter output, the buzzer will sound, and the front panel LED readings will disappear. Until the voltage is reduced to the "over-voltage recovery point," the inverter resumes operation.

  • Low Voltage Protection

    The low voltage relay will automatically cut off DC power between the batteries and the inverter, as well as any other DC devices such as lights or water heating elements. When the relay fails, the inverter shuts down and prevents further drain on the battery or batteries.

  • High-Temperature Protection

    Depending on the temperature and load, two fans are installed. The inverter generates very little heat due to active cooling control and high-quality MOSFET/IGBT technology.
