ROCKSOLAR 2000W 12V Off-Grid Solar System

I ordered this kit through another company where Rocksolar was a marketplace seller. Everything arrived promptly (or so I thought), and since I bought it later in the season I put it under my house to install this year. When I finally went to look at the components, the battery was missing. Now, Lithium Ion batteries are consider dangerous goods and I’m thinking that maybe it got intercepted since I live in a remote area. Anyway, I have sent 2 or 3 emails to Rocksolar and not one was answered. They also only shipped 1 set of z brackets for 3 100w panels but I’m not going to bother trying to reach out if they can’t even respond about a major component. As for the rest of the kit: panels, inverter, cables and controller all seem to be pretty decent so far. I’m using my old deep cycle lead acid battery bank and it has no troubles charging it right up to full before sundown on even partly cloudy days.

We aren't setting our system up for another 2 weeks, but the order arrived super quickly with all the components well packaged. We have a Rocksolar power pack and 2 60w folding panels and have found these to be great quality and easy to use. The 1000w system kit we purchased looks to be well made and straightforward. Really looking forward to setting this up and expanding our power supply at our rustic, off grid farm.

I was looking a complete solar system for a long time. and this made me very satisfied. Thanks to ROCKSOLAR for this outstanding selection.
